I am so excited for you to join me my very first 31 DAYS OF YOGA!

This is a 31 days online programme where we dive into so much more than simply the physical practice of Yoga. Especially since Yoga forms only 1/8th of the entire practice according to Patanjali who outlined the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

THIS is where we're starting.

In 2023 it is my intention to live much slower, to be more intentional with my words & actions, commit to my own self-care in the process. I invite you to join me on this journey so we can learn & explore the wisdom & teachings of Yoga, together. Hand in hand.

The Breathe WELL Membership is an online offering & app where movement, breath work & mindfulness are incorporated to allow you the space & time to deepen your personal practice in a way that feels good for you, because yoga is so much more than the physical practice.

Every day for 31 days we'll meet online to breathe, move, meditate & practice self reflection via a mix of live & pre-recorded practices.

If you're looking to establish a regular Yoga practice, you want to deepen an existing practice or you simply wish to try something new for yourself then the 31 DAYS OF YOGA is perfect for you. I love that all of my practices are "multi-level" because I encourage you to focus on how you feel as you practice as opposed to what you think a practice "should look like" & it is my intention to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe & valued doing this work for yourself.

If for whatever reason though, you feel that a particular practice doesn't feel good that day, you have full & unlimited access to a library of 149+ (& counting!) videos to choose from.

31 DAYS OF YOGA FOCUS: The 8 Limbs of Yoga

Our focus for the 31 DAYS OF YOGA is an exploration int the 8 Limbs of Yoga as defined by Patanjali. Think of these as moral or ethical codes to live your life by. They're a great starting point for those who are new to Yoga or are wishing to deepen their existing practice. They're also the perfect refresher for experienced practitioners too. There really is something for everyone in this online programme.

What exactly is included:

  • 5 x live Online Circles including:

  • 1 x Opening Circle on Monday 2nd January

  • 1 x Closing Circle on Tuesday 31st January

  • 26 x pre-recorded practices every Tuesday - Sunday

  • 10 x āsana (movement) practices

  • 7 x prānāyama (breath work) practices

  • 6 x meditation practices ranging from 5 mins - 45 mins so you can see a clear progression

  • 4 x Soul Workshops

  • Monthly timetable

  • Soul Study workbook for daily & weekly journaling

  • Unlimited access to the members only app

  • Unlimited access to a library of 149+ (& counting!) practices
