I've been teaching Yoga now for 2 years & I've loved every minute of it! I've spent most of this time saying yes to pretty much all the opportunities that came my way in order to understand what it is that really makes me happy.

It's been an amazing ride meeting new people, introducing people to Yoga, making new & life long friends. I've been fortunate enough to teach across 2 counties, 2 cities & 2 towns as well as online & further afield in both London & of course my home town of Wrexham!

We've practiced together in some beautiful & inspiring locations both indoors & outdoors such as Kingley Vale, Southsea beach & Southsea Rose Gardens. I even held my first Day Retreat just 10 months after completing my 200hr training!! We've worked out together online during Covid & I even launched 3 online memberships during this time. Yes, THREE!!

It's been awesome & from each of these experiences I've learned that my dharma lies in breath work, connecting our breath to the movement of our bodies & building awareness of our own connection to another Earth, the outside world & a higher consciousness.

Launching 3 different online memberships has led me to the realisation that my soul work also lies in reaching more people online & whilst I will always offer in-person experiences, events & practices, my true soul purpose is to build a community of people who are consciously choosing to deepen their own spiritual practice through awareness.

This is why I'm delighted to invite you to join me in celebration of YOU. Getting to meet & know you has been what's made this whole journey of becoming a Yoga teacher worthwhile. It's why I chose to do what I do now so won't you come & celebrate this with me?
