Not going abroad this year & still want to feel like you've had a holiday? I feel the same & I thought why not create a day of Yoga, meditation & chilled vibes where we can spend as little or as much time together as you like? 

So I did!

Join me on Wednesday 24th August for one or three Yoga practices right here on Southsea beach. be a tourist in your own city of a day & explore all the places you've been meaning to explore but haven't had the chance to. Or, take it as a work from home day, bring your laptop & work at your leisure in The Coffee Cup between practices, SUP & sea swims.
